Job Title: Recruiting Processor
Summary
This position is a support position within the recruiting department. The overall function of this position is to assist our recruiting department with driver reference checks, document filing and coordination of the new driver shuttling and accommodations during Orientation.
Essential Functions
This is a detail orientated position that requires proficiency in keyboarding, data entry, time management, and organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and spreadsheet development. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must have an approachable style; foster open communication through active listening.
Responsibilities
· Organize and upload information to recruiting platform
· Perform reference checks, submit new driver information for background/DMV checks
· Review applicants' paperwork for incomplete information/applications and report on suspicious situations to supervisors
· Schedule transportation for new drivers to Orientation and book hotels for Orientation
· Complete incoming reference checks
· Assist with answering recruiting calls during peak workload periods within the department
· Assist with reports on recruitment costs and other recruitment data
· Assis with general clerical duties and cross-training assignments as needed within the department.
Required Qualifications
· Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
· Proficient in keyboarding and data entry
· Proficient with spreadsheet/graph development
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Proficient in multi-tasking and project management
· Must be detail oriented

Experience
· One to three years of experience in a clerical or administrative assistant position

Schedule:
· Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
